Today’s Purpose Woman New Podcast Shines A Light on Women of Faith Creatives, Leaders & More
During Women’s History Month, Today’s Purpose Woman will expand its platform to include podcasts to continue its mission of bringing to light the stories of women of faith from around the world as well as exploring issues that matter to us as women of faith. The Today’s Purpose Woman: Purpose & Power Podcast will be hosted by Today’s Purpose Woman’s publisher and Editor-in-Chief Sherrell Valdezloqui. The podcast goal is to help women live with purpose, faith, and God’s power through inspiration and empowerment.
The show already has 30 episodes planned, covering a wide range of subjects, including The Intersection of Faith and Mental Health, Finding Your Voice and Speaking Your Truth, The Power of Forgiveness: How to Forgive Yourself and Others, Navigating Marriage and Relationships as a Woman of Faith, and much more.

Sherrell Valdezloqui
Sherrell Valdezloqui, the Founder and CEO of Promoting Purpose and Editor-in-Chief of Today’s Purpose Woman, has lived an incredible life, leading to over 12 years in the media industry. Her passion for bringing people closer to God and their life purpose can be seen in her work as the publisher of Promoting Purpose. From a single magazine founded in 2010 with zero money but plenty of faith and trust in God to a rapidly growing faith-based media publishing company. Sherrell’s journey is a witness to the power of moving in faith and obedience.
Throughout Sherrell’s time in the media industry, she has had the opportunity to work with massive brands and interview top clients. She has received several media features and accolades for her work, including the ACHI Magazine 2019 Author of the Year, Black Media Honors 2021 National News site of the Year (Today’s Purpose Woman) and ACHI Magazine 2022 Woman on the Rise Award.
Currently, Sherrell leads her company’s new press and marketing creation services to support creatives, businesses, and ministries in promoting their work and raising optimum brand awareness. She is excited about the release of the Today’s Purpose Woman: Purpose & Power Podcast, another tool to bring people closer to God and their life purpose.
