Meggi Stewart’s New Book Offers a Roadmap to Navigate Life’s Challenges with Grace, Resilience, and Unwavering Trust in God’s Plan

Enveloped in a cocoon of tranquility, I dialed into a conference line, waiting to connect with a woman whose story has woven threads of faith and resilience into a vibrant tapestry of inspiration. The line crackled to life, and the voice of Meggi Aransevia Stewart resonated from the other side. A steadfast disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ, Meggi’s life is a testament to the power of unwavering faith and dedication.

Despite life’s trials and tribulations, setbacks, and disappointments, Meggi has triumphed over adversity through her relentless pursuit of faith and submission to His Word. “Despite the intensity of life’s challenges, one can overcome,” she says, the conviction behind her words palpable even over the phone.

Born in Jamaica and now residing in the United States for 33 years, Meggi navigates the roles of wife, mother, and professional with grace and tenacity. She’s a mother to two children, aged 31 and 27, and a Client Service Director who believes in empowering others to reach their God-given potential. She’s also a devout student, having achieved Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Christianity at the age of 43, juggling family and work responsibilities with an unwavering commitment to higher learning.

Meggi indulges in the simple joys of singing and reading in the tranquil pockets of time she carves out for herself. “I don’t have a great voice per se, but I love to sing and I love to read,” she confesses, her voice radiating warmth and sincerity.

Yet, the role that has perhaps been the most transformative in her journey is that of an author. Meggi’s book, “I Am Not The Story, Just Part of the Story,” culminates her unique life experiences. This account transcends the personal to connect with the universal human experience of faith, resilience, and purpose.

“I’m a late starter and never thought I’d write a book,” she admits, recounting the moment when the inspiration hit her in a classroom, a voice whispering, “Didn’t I tell you to write a book?” It was a moment of revelation, a divine intervention that set her on a path she never envisioned for herself.

Meggi’s book serves as an autobiography, a chronicle of her journey intertwined with spiritual insights and experiences. “It’s a lot of collaborative experiences. Journey with the Bible as well,” she says, her words painting a vivid picture of her spiritual journey.

Meggi recalls a poignant incident when asked about a specific moment from her book that encapsulates the experience of God’s power and the lessons learned. Coming home from work one day, she was detoured due to an accident. Lost and scared, she found herself relying on her faith, a deviation from her usual route leading her to a restaurant where she encountered two men.

Ignoring them at first, Meggi was eventually nudged by the Holy Spirit to approach them, resulting in a transformative conversation about faith, love, and redemption. This encounter, she says, reaffirmed her belief in the power of God’s love and the significance of sharing it with others.

Meggi’s faith and resilience shine through her words, and her experiences serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration for others navigating their own journeys. She hopes her book will motivate others to heed God’s voice, embrace their unique journey, and find their story within God’s grand narrative.

Closing our conversation, Meggi shares a heartfelt message, a call for empathy, understanding, and unity. “We need to have more care for each other,” she says, urging women to step out of their comfort zones, listen, encourage, and support each other. “We’re created to love each other and to cheer each other.”
