Running 

Running is a great activity to help you stay healthy, and you can do it no matter the season. All you need to go for a run is appropriate clothing and a good, comfortable pair of running shoes. Biking

You can bike just about anywhere, as long as you make sure to follow proper safety precautions and the correct etiquette if you are riding on main roads. 

Hiking

Another great activity you can do to stay healthy all year is hiking. When you go for hikes, you not only get to experience a great workout, but you also get to enjoy the beautiful views and sites that hiking trails have to offer. There are all kinds of health reasons you should start hiking, including being a great source of vitamin D and promoting positive mental health.

Aerobics

The fourth activity worth trying to benefit your health throughout the year is aerobics. This form of exercise is a full-body workout that also utilizes stretching and strength training to improve your overall health. You can take special aerobics classes with a group and teacher, watch aerobics training videos, or do a personalized aerobics workout on your own.
