Dr. Pamela Wiggins is a woman on a mission to empower and inspire others to achieve their full potential. As a Certified Master Life Coach, two-time best-selling author, adjunct professor of leadership and business, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Certified Arbitrator, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and motivational speaker, Dr. Wiggins has dedicated her life to helping others succeed in their personal and professional lives.
Growing up, Dr. Wiggins was inspired by her parents, who owned a successful carpet and furniture cleaning business. She learned firsthand the value of hard work, dedication, and faith in God. These early lessons shaped her entrepreneurial spirit and inspired her to become a multi-business owner, helping other women start their own businesses and achieve financial independence.
“Through my business, I want to help women break down barriers and overcome limiting beliefs that have held them back,” says Dr. Wiggins. “I believe that every woman has the potential to achieve greatness and create the life they desire.”
Dr. Wiggins’ passion for leadership development and conflict resolution led her to establish Wiggins Management & Consulting, LLC, which provides professional and management development training, family mediation, and arbitration services. Her expertise in these areas has made her a sought-after speaker and consultant, delivering global leadership expertise and training solutions to businesses around the world.
“I believe that leadership is about serving others first and leading last,” says Dr. Wiggins. “One cannot lead if they have never served. I work in the trenches with my staff, treating them with the same respect and dignity as I would want for myself.”
Dr. Wiggins’ commitment to serving others is rooted in her faith in Jesus Christ. She seeks His counsel in everything she does, both personally and professionally, through prayer and scriptures. Her values and principles guide her decision-making and actions, and she lives by the scripture Matthew 7:7-8, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
Looking ahead to 2024, Dr. Wiggins has big plans to expand her platform and inspire and empower even more women to become entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities. She is launching a new life coaching platform, Dr. Life Coach Online, where she will teach women how to crush limiting beliefs, prioritize self-care, and break down barriers to achieve their life and career goals.
“I believe that the key to success is to never give up, no matter what obstacles you face,” says Dr. Wiggins. “With faith and determination, anything is possible.”
