2024 Woman to Watch: Robyn-Ann Young

Young’s journey started in software consulting, a path she fell into a few years after college. But in 2019, she felt a divine calling to shift her focus. “I sensed God prompting me to stop trying to prove myself as a doer, and value my spiritual gift as a teacher more,” she shares. This led her to shed her workaholic habits and turn her attention to the pandemic of women battling overwhelm and burnout.
Young embraces a vision where women prioritize the family structure and help usher in a massive outpouring of the Holy Spirit for the next generation. “It’s my honor to help remind women of their invaluable Kingdom roles, and coach them to no longer remain stuck in the lifestyles that fear & worry bullied us into,” she expresses.
Her faith is a guiding light in her life, helping her navigate the ups and downs. “One of my core beliefs is that the woman who fears God has nothing else to fear,” she states. This belief helped her overcome underemployment challenges after college and trust in God’s plan for her.
Young sees faith as an integral part of her work, drawing upon biblical teachings to guide her actions. She believes that following the right “Who” is more important than figuring out the right “how”. Young uses this as a mantra in her coaching, emphasizing that “only faith pleases God. Believing God is enough.”
As we look towards 2024, Young hopes to continue empowering Kingdom women to walk fearlessly and focused in a world full of distractions. Whether through her daily planners or coaching community, she’s passionate about helping women work from a place of abundance, not for it. Her message is clear: “Jesus didn’t save us on layaway… He paid full price for us to live full lives.”
